How to filter data in SAP Fiori.

Hello Expert.

 

I develop  Fiori application using WebIDE.

Although I want to display as follows, I cannot achieve.

Please let us know how to resolve this problem.

 

 

[Required:]

Template:SAP Fiori Master Master Detail Application

Master.View: I want to display customer list.

Master2.View:I want to display contract list related to the customer code in Master.view.

 

 

[Current situation:]

Master.View:OK.

Master2.View:NG.

->Although I selected one specific customer, all contract data are listed and displayed, regardless of the customer.

So it seems the filtering of the Customer code doesn't work properly.

SAP FIORI TimeSheet Collective Approval

Hi Friends,

 

usually in SAP Portal or in the backend there is an option for Multi approval or collective approval in the portal for ESS timesheets. 

 

Looks like in the FIORI timesheet approval app, manager cannot approve multiple employees approvals in one shot. The manger has to select each employee and approve. is there any option for manager to select multiple employees at a time and approve?

Fiori Custom Theme - Issue on Mobile/iPad

Hi Experts,


I have changed the logo in Fiori Launchpad, as suggested in blog by Masayuki Sekihara:

And I have also set the theme parameter SAP_FLP-THEME to <my_theme> using transaction/UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST and I am able to call the "Fiori Launchpad" successfully in desktop:

https://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=<client>

But in case of the same call of Launchpad in Android Mobile and iPad is not coming properly. It looks as it has some theme/css problem - Tiles names are coming without tile look & feel, data is also populating, but everything is on white background, alignment is completely disturbed. So theme is completely breaking in mobile and iPad. However I have cleaned up all the caches and scrutinize everything based on below URL:

but still facing the same issue. SAP Components Version are as follows: 

SAP BASIS  740 SP 008

SAP_GWND 740 SP 009

SAP FIORI Application multiple items selection extension

Hi ,

 

I am working on SAP FIORI Time Approval version2 app.

The requirement is to change the application to allow select multiple employees from the list.

 

If you look at the attached screenshot, the red highlighted mock up should be a kind of check box , right now the app allows to select only one employee but I need to extend the app to allow select multiple  employees..

 

Please can you help me where is the extension point I should and if you piece of code snippet to achieve this functionality which is great help.

Fiori Siz and Impl

Hi everyone, i have some basic questions in regards to Fiori Sizing and implementation. it will be of great help if someone can throw some light Our landscape : ECC 6 EHP 7 with SQL as DB. we are planning to implement Fiori Transactional apps (as it does not require HANA DB). i understand that we need to have ABAP system with some fiori specific add-ons in both Front and back end systems. So going to build Netweaver 7.5 (released last month) assuming it will have enerything required for fiori. but before doing that, i need to get the Sizing recommendation but i have few queries in regards to the sizing: - whats the difference between "SAP FIORI" under "SAP Business Suite" and "Fiori Front end Server" under "SAP Netweaver" - There are elements given in the "Standard Sizing Fiori Manager Apps" such as APPROV-ALL, AP-PUR-CON,.etc., and  under"Standard Sizing Fiori Employee Apps"!1 whats the difference? on the implementation part, i just got to know that there are a bundle of apps delivered for ERP system which will support our existing landscape. but not sure how to find how many apps are available with this bundle and what are they. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_fiorierpx2_100/helpdata/en/bf/1f8b52722d7454e10000000a44176d/frameset.htm please advise thanks, Shi

Fiori Configuration file

Hi,

 

I am trying to turn off personalization using the new method of Configuration file. I am trying th upload the configuration JSON file into the BSP as mentioned in the SAP Help (Uploading a Launchpad Configuration File to the BSP Repository)

 

I have placed the JSON file in the below path following the notes from the below link

I am unable to get the personalization switched off using the below URL

Malformed URI literal syntax error in OData service

Hello experts,

 

We have developed a custom Fiori application for approving invoices. When approving/rejecting any invoice the user enters a comment in the text field within the confirmation dialog box and then submits.

 

Here we have noticed that if user enters a special character like a comma (,) in the comment, the GET_ENTITY operation that we are triggering is not getting successful and we get an error message in the browser console and also in the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG in the gateway system that says

 

400 (Bad  Request) - Malformed URI literal syntax

The URL that triggers on submitting is like below (the entered comment text is approved,from fiori, this is being set in the field Tdline):

 

/sap/opu/odata/sap/ZOT_TASKPROCESSING_SRV/TUpdateSet(IWId='000001245949',IPAction='A',Tdline='approved,from%20Fiori',FioriUpdateFlag='F')

 

If user enters the same comment text without the comma, it goes through successfully.

 

How do we handle this behavior? Is there anything specific that we have to do at the SAPUI5 code side to prevent this when special characters are entered in the comment text?

Hello,

 

I have followed the steps as per below documentation to implement My Inbox fiori application.

We have separate Front End server and backend servers.

 

Below components are installed on respective systems as per the guide.

 

Front End:

UIX01CA1 100 SP05

SAP IW PGW 100 SP08

SAP_GWFND 740 SP12


Backend:

It is on 740 so we have SAP_GWFND 740 SP12 already. As per the document, we do not have to install anything else.


BUT, when I tried to add the /IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING ODATA on Front end with Backend system as the alias, it was not able to find this oData.

I could see other oData which means connection is working fine.


Also, based on the Fiori Library link below, there was a backend role. But we do not see this role in the backend system as well.




I could find the oData on the Front end server and tried to activate it there and that did not work completely. By searching the forums, I could see that I have to add the backend system alias. But when I do that, I get error saying oData not found.


Can you please help me what is missing?

Error after applying note SAP Fiori for SAP ERP HCM 1.0 SPS03

Hi

 

I have implementing the notes for My timesheet application

OData

209905 - My Timesheet V2(ODATA): Corrections on top of SP02 & SP03

2223505 - My Timesheet V2(ODATA): Consolidated fixes

2223506 - My Timesheet V2(ODATA): UDO report for note 2223505

 

But I got the error while activation of the Function Module HCM_CATS_GET_FIELDLIST

Field "GC_UI_CONTROL_CODE-REQUIRED" is unknown. It is neither

specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement.

 

Kindly help in resolving the same

we have install wave 2 fiori pr/po apps, using

GBAPP002

UIX01EAP    100    0008    SAPK-10008INUIX01EAP    UI for ERP Central Applications

 

as per my business scenario,

 

MM consultant saying release PR Approve (PR  Releasing) PR done by transaction ME54N.


as per MM consultant they are not using any workflow for release or approve PR PO.


So how wave 2 fiori PR PO will work without task id or workflow?

ForwardingUser is not shown in the Fiori MyInbox Apps

Hello everyone.

 

I am developing Fiori Apps for the customer.

Now I used My Inbox to forward BPM Task, but I want to know who forwarded the BPM tasks.

I have checked the My Inbox TaskCollection OData and found the ForwardingUser field.

But even after I forwarded a BPM task in the My Inbox,the forwarded Task's ForwardingUser in the TaskCollection OData is still blank.

How can I show the ForwardingUser?

Custom FIORI app is opening into new tab through Fiori launchpad

I want to add my existing SAPUI5 application (which is working standalone) to Fiori launchpad,  when execute from Fiori launchpad it is opening properly but into new tab.

    

thanks f or   Building SAP Fiori-like UIs with SAPUI5 in 10 Exercises by Bertram Ganz

through which i was able to create fiori like app. The app is working fine only the thing its opening into new tab while clicking on the tile of launchpad. please help me out was stack into from last 2 days.

SAP Fiori Apps for HCM

Hi there,

 

I have started to look closer to SAP Fiori Apps for HCM and am missing something that I reckon is quite useful nowadays: Change your Bank Details and perhaps add a Contact Details section where you can see and update your address among other personal details.

 

I guess you can update those details when using standard HCM ESS functionality.

 

Someone knows if Within the People Profile app there is any chance to easily add those functionalities through an enhancement (ie: BAdi - HCM_B_PEP_PROF).

 

Or do you know if it is planned to cover those functionalities in a near future through some other Fiori App??

Leave history is not getting refreshed after applying leave request in My Leave Request (Version 2)

Hi Experts,

 

I have implemented My Leave Request (Version 2). I am able to create a leave request but when I see in history it doesn't appear. But the approver got the same request. Once approver rejects/approves the request, it get reflected in the history of my leave request app. Simply pending leave leave requests are not showing in history.

Fiori - Custom Application - Ask Authentication

Dear All

 

We have developed some custom Fiori App and deployed.

 

The application is working fine when the launchpad url is as below ( with IP address ).

 

:XX.XX.XX.XX:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html

 

BUT

It is asking for Authentication if I used domain name

 

domainname:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html


Authentication message as

The server domainname:8000 requires a username and password.  SAP Netweaver application server  DAS/001  


Can someone help me

Where i am missing any configuration at SICF
