Users can still access deleted theme

Hi,

I deleted a customised theme from theme designer -

Although it shows as deleted in still appears under list of themes on Theme Designer

This theme doesn't exist under /UI5/THEME_TOOL

I have cleared all my caches but still users can access this theme from user preferences.

Any ideas?
