Post general journal entries Fiori app

Hi

When we open app "Post general journal entries" in fully configured system S4/HANA 1511 on premise edition, it opens with error message, we cannot post any documents, we cannot track it through error log /n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

Any idea how to solve this problem?
