{jqXHR: { status: 403, ...}, textStatus: error, errorThrown: Forbidden, adtErrorData: {object Objectj} Error Code

We imported a Fiori application from our ABAP Respository and made a few modifications. We're trying to deploy it back to the ABAP repository but getting this error message and it's not allowing us to do so. Has anyone seen this issue before?
