javascript:void(0); after clicking on fiori factsheet app results

Hello Experts,

We have configured factsheet fiori app for material on our system. After searching for a particular material, when we click on the search results for that material, the factsheet does not open. We have not been able to find why this is happening. When we move the cursor on the link we see javascript:void(0);  appear as the URL for the material factsheet. We see this issue for all other factsheets as well

Can anyone please help us figure out why this is happening ? We have done all configuration as per the guide and have double checked everything.
